As you are aware, with the recent bankruptcy filing and purchase of Ratner Companies, all active benefit elections were cancelled with an effective date of May 31, 2020. When we announced that all salons were closed due to the state mandates, Ratner Companies continued your existing health coverage for the months of April and May.
Now that HC Salon Holdings has acquired the company, they have mapped your current health care elections to the similar plans they are offering for the months of June and July. Since Ratner’s intent was always to recoup the missing payroll deductions once salons reopened, due to the circumstances, we have set up a process for you to repay the missing premiums safely and securely online.
You received an email with the total missed deductions for your portion of the medical, dental and/or vision coverage that occurred for April, May, June, and July.
Note: If you have cancelled all or part of your coverage, that has been taken in to account when calculating the amount due you find on the next page.
These missed deductions need to be repaid by credit card or debit card in 5 equal monthly payments.
Repayment is simple, login with you last four of SSN and date of birth from any device connected to the Internet to this site.
