Enrollment process:
- Learn about voluntary benefits
- Click on the “Enroll Now” button
- Type in the last 4 digits of your
social security number and your
date of birth
- Answer a few questions
- Select your options
- Finalize application
Spring Open Enrollment Begins: Monday, March 30th - Saturday, April 4th, 2015
As a benefit eligible employee, we are providing you the opportunity to participate in a voluntary benefits portfolio designed to provide coverage for you and your family.
You may gather information on your own about the different lines of voluntary coverage. Navigating this site is easy, just scroll down the self service menu bar which is located on the left hand side of each screen.
You will be eligible to enroll during the Spring open enrollment beginning Monday, March 30th, 2015. If you decide that you are interested in electing coverage for you or your family, you can self enroll by simply following the instructions as shown in the Enrollment Process window above. Otherwise, you can meet individually with a benefit counselor at work or dial the call center to speak with a benefit counselor and enroll.
