Self Service Enrollment history
The EnrollVB software platform is the next generation of enrollment software developed for seamless integration with traditional computer access as well as the new generation of mobile connectivity. EnrollVB’s information security standards meet or exceed every requirement currently required to provide services to large institutional corporations and is further supported by a SSAE 16 Audit.
In 2001, after reviewing every industry-leading benefit enrollment system and finding them all insufficient to meet our needs, we decided to build our own. For the next 12 years, that system supported 30 benefit counselors in our internal call center.
In late 2009, we evaluated the market again, looking for a better solution than what we had. Again, the decision was made to build our own system. Relying on feedback from our network of brokers, existing clients and users, and benefit counselors, we rebuilt the system from scratch, focusing on the end-user experience for self-service enrollments with call center support, while extending and enhancing our back-end processing of enrollment data and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
The result was the EnrollVB system we have today that is developed, maintained, and hosted 100% internally.
