EnrollVB is a digital benefits enrollment platform designed to support insurance enrollment, communication, billing, and administration. We provide mobile- and desktop-friendly self-service tools, direct payment processing, carrier integrations, and support for HR teams, brokers, and individual users.

3. User Accounts

To access some Services, users may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use EnrollVB only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Services to commit fraud or misrepresent identity
• Attempt to access or interfere with another user's account or data
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code

5. Payment & Billing

EnrollVB provides a direct billing feature ("Day One Direct Pay") that enables users to enroll and pay for benefits via credit card, debit card, ACH, and digital wallets. You authorize recurring charges in accordance with the payment method and benefit selection made during enrollment. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

6. Data Privacy

We take data security seriously. All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest. EnrollVB is SOC 1 & SOC 2 Type II compliant. Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily interrupt Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology of the EnrollVB platform are the exclusive property of EnrollVB or its licensors. You may not use our name, logos, or materials without prior written consent.

9. Termination

EnrollVB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without liability, especially in the case of any violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnrollVB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
